Schedule an initial consultation with us first so we can understand the reasons and goals for expanding your home. In this meeting, we’re able to help identify any known mechanical or structural challenges that may be factors for an architect to consider as well. After this meeting, we will recommend an architect who is most suited for the project. We have long-standing great relationships with many architects in the area who specialize in different things.

The feasibility of expanding your home's footprint is directly correlated to the available impervious coverage on your property. You will want to have your property surveyed to determine this.

Generally speaking, smaller renovations such as bathrooms, kitchens and basements take around 5-6 weeks. Larger renovations involving multiple rooms, total home revamps or additions can take 3+ months.
